For small height products
- Pack 30: for low and medium productions, manual or semiautomatic feeding.
- Pack 300: for medium and high productions, semiautomatic or automatic feeding.
- Pack 3000: for very high productions and automatic feeding.
There are different versions of each of these models, depending on:
- FILM to be used:
- TERMO: for HEATSEALABLE films.
- POLY: for POLYETHYLENE films.
- SHRINK: for SHRINKING films.
- COLD: for COLD SEALING films.
- CUTTER / SEALER to be used (see motion drawings):
- RT: ROTARY type.
- LD: LONG DWELL type (Extended "rotary" sealing time).
- LTS: LONG TIME SEALING type (Extended "in-line" sealing time).
- FILM dimensions:
- S: up to 300 mm of film reel width.
- M: up to 500 mm of film reel width.
- L: up to 700 mm of film reel width.
- XL: up to 900 mm of film reel width.
- PRODUCT FLOW:
- LH: from LEFT to RIGHT, from operator point of view. (Standard)
- RH: from RIGHT to LEFT, from operator point of view. (Optional)
- MOTORS:
- STD: All motors A/C type.
- SERVO: All Servo Motors.
- FINISH:
- PAINT: Supplied as standard execution. 2 Component Epoxy coated carbon steel frame (silver metallic RAL 9007). All parts in contact with the product are manufactured in Stainless Steel.
